An integral part of of our work process is ensuring that our clients know exactly what’s going on. That’s why we employ an advanced project management system called Basecamp. This allows our clients to be involved at a basic level tracking time spent and the progress of each project.

How will this help?

Once you've entered into an agreement with CrashMedia, we will set you up with an account in our web-based project management system. From this point, our system will allow you to do the following things:

• Create trackable 'to do' lists
• Track hours spent on each item
• Share files with our designers & coders
• Create copy text versions
• Schedule & review milestones
• Track project status
• Communicate with development team & management
